The Art Center of Pendleton is an active community center that revolves around displaying and encouraging various art forms, including painting, photography, sculpture and jewelry. It offers many art programs for children, teens and adults and occasionally sponsors concerts by regional performers. The center is located in a restored 1916 library building near Pioneer Park, less than a mile east of the Pendleton Family Aquatic Center.
