The Pendleton Underground Tours expose the wild side of Pendleton's Historic District, giving visitors a chance to visit the brothels, opium dens, and Chinese jails that Pendleton was originally built upon. The tour begins in an office building 1st and Emigrant and then winds it way through the Empire Building, the Hendricks Building, and the Empire Meat Company. Another part of the tour visits a former bordello called the "Working Girls Hotel", which is now a fully functioning hotel with luxurious suites.
